Disclaimer
This page explains how to read what we publish here: what it is meant to do, what it does not commit us to, and where a document we have signed with you takes precedence over it.
Everything on this site is general information about our services. Nothing here is advice for your specific situation, and nothing here is a promise of a particular advertising, technical or commercial result. Where we have signed a proposal or service agreement with you, that document prevails.
General information only
The pages on this website describe the services MNF Infotech offers and the way we approach work. They exist to help you decide whether to start a conversation with us. They are not advice.
Nothing published here is professional, legal, financial, tax or technical advice for a specific situation. We do not know your product, your accounts or your constraints until we have looked at them with you, and a marketing page cannot stand in for that.
- Do not treat a description of an approach on this site as a recommendation for your project.
- Do not rely on anything here in place of advice from a qualified professional or from your own technical team.
- Do not treat reading this site, or sending an enquiry, as the start of a contractual relationship. That begins only when we agree terms in writing.
If you want a view on your own situation rather than a general one, email contact@mnfinfotech.com and we will tell you what we would need to see.
Accuracy and currency
We take care with what we publish. Service and process pages are reviewed before they go up, and revised when the underlying practice changes.
Even so, we do not warrant that everything here is complete, accurate or current when you read it. Platform rules and our own methods move, and a page written accurately in one quarter can be out of date in the next.
Technical descriptions are general
Where we describe an architecture, a measurement model or a campaign structure, we are describing how we generally work, not specifying what will be built for you. The specification for your project is the scope document or agreement we settle together, and only that defines deliverables.
- Examples and illustrations are simplified to stay readable; they are not exhaustive.
- Tools and platforms are named because they are common in this work, not because every engagement uses them.
- Any figure or timeline shown on a marketing page is indicative unless it also appears in a document we have both signed.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee outcomes. It is the most important statement on this page, and it applies to every service we offer, from advertising and app releases to engineering and analytics.
We commit to the work: the method, the effort, the honesty of the reporting and the standard we hold it to. We do not commit to the result a market, a platform or a review team eventually produces.
| Area | What we commit to | What is never promised |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising | Campaigns structured against real signals, changes made on evidence, reporting you can question | Account or asset approval, a cost per result, conversion volume, return on ad spend, reach or auction position |
| Apps and stores | Builds prepared against published platform policy and submitted properly | Approval by any app store, a review timeline, or that a published listing stays live |
| Web and search | Technically sound, accessible, fast-loading pages | A ranking in search results, indexing of any page, or traffic of any volume |
| Engineering | Code written, reviewed and tested against an agreed scope | Software free of all defects, or performance under a load that has not been tested |
| Business results | Work aimed at the outcome you care about, measured openly | Revenue, growth, profitability, funding or valuation |
We do not guarantee advertising approval or performance, and never have
MNF Infotech does not guarantee that any advertising account, campaign, creative asset, landing page or app listing will be approved by any platform, and we do not guarantee the cost, volume or profitability of the results advertising produces. We have never given such a guarantee in a proposal, a message or an invoice, and no one is authorised to give one on our behalf. Approval is decided by the platform under its own policies; performance is decided by the market. Where a decision goes against you we will help you understand it and prepare a considered response, but we cannot overturn it.
If anyone tells you otherwise, including anyone claiming to represent us, treat the claim as unauthorised and write to contact@mnfinfotech.com.
Why results cannot be promised
This is not caution for its own sake. Results in advertising and product growth come out of a system with many inputs, and only some of them belong to us.
- Market conditions: demand in your category, seasonality, and what a customer is worth this month rather than last year.
- Competition: how many others bid for the same attention, and what they will pay for it.
- Product quality and fit: whether what is promoted solves a problem well enough that people stay.
- Pricing and offer: the input that most often decides whether spend converts at all.
- Budget and duration: a test starved of budget, or stopped early, cannot produce a reliable read.
- Platform policy: what is permitted in your category, country and format, which can change without notice.
- Platform algorithms: ranking, bidding and delivery systems that are proprietary and continually revised.
- Your own operations: stock, fulfilment, support response and decision speed.
We work on the inputs we hold and say plainly which ones sit with you. Where the evidence puts the constraint outside our scope, such as a price or a support backlog, we will say so rather than keep spending against a problem the spend cannot fix.
What this means in practice
Any number discussed before work begins, whether a cost per acquisition, a conversion rate or a launch date, is a planning assumption drawn from comparable work. It is not a commitment, and we will say which of the two you are looking at.
Third-party platforms and services
The work we do for clients runs on platforms and services operated by other organisations: advertising platforms, app stores, cloud providers, analytics products and hosting services. Those are tools we set up and operate inside your accounts, not things running on this website.
Those platforms are not ours. Their availability, pricing, policies, review decisions and algorithms are set and changed by them, at their discretion and often without notice to us or to you.
- A platform may change a policy, a product or a price at any time, including in ways that affect work already delivered.
- A platform may suspend, restrict or disapprove an account, campaign, asset or listing, and is not obliged to explain the decision in detail.
- A platform may deprecate an API, report or metric that part of your reporting depends on.
- Outages, data delays and reporting discrepancies at a platform are outside our control.
Independent of every platform we work with
MNF Infotech is an independent service provider. We are not a partner, reseller, agent, representative or authorised affiliate of Google, Apple, Amazon Web Services, Meta or any other platform, and we hold no endorsement or certification from them. Where we act for you on a platform, we do so with your permission, within your own account, and under that platform's terms.
Where a platform decision affects you, we will help you read it, fix what can be fixed and submit a proper response. The decision remains the platform's to make.
Trademarks and external links
Product, platform and organisation names appear here descriptively, so we can say accurately what we work with. Google Ads, Google Play, the App Store, Amazon Web Services and every other name we mention are trademarks of their respective owners.
Using a name that way implies no relationship with its owner in either direction, and none should be inferred from its presence here.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to documentation, policies or tools published by others. Those pages are outside our control and can change or disappear at any time. A link is not an endorsement of the organisation, its products or its privacy practices.
Our full position on names and marks is set out on the trademark independence page.
Estimates and forward-looking statements
Any conversation about a project involves statements about the future: what a build might cost, how long it might take, what a campaign might achieve. They are made in good faith from what is known at the time, and they are estimates rather than promises.
- Estimate
- Our considered view of the effort, cost or duration a piece of work requires, given the scope as currently understood. It moves when the scope or the information moves.
- Projection
- A modelled figure, such as a possible cost per result, drawn from comparable work or your own historical data. It describes a scenario, not an entitlement.
- Target
- A number we agree to aim at and measure against. Agreeing one commits us to pursuing it openly and reporting honestly against it, not to reaching it.
- Benchmark
- A reference point from elsewhere, shown for context. Your account is under no obligation to behave like it, and frequently will not.
None of these is a warranty or a contractual commitment unless it is written into a document we have both signed and described there as one. Where actual results differ from an estimate, and they often will, that difference is not in itself a failure to perform.
We would rather give you a range with its assumptions attached than a confident number that quietly depends on them.
Availability of this website
This website is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors or harmful components, or reachable from every network, device or browser.
- The site is hosted by a third-party provider; maintenance, incidents and network conditions there can make it unreachable.
- We may change, move or withdraw any page, and may update this document, at any time and without notifying you individually.
- Where a page carries a revision date, that date records when it was last reviewed, not a promise of any review schedule.
We take reasonable technical measures, including HTTPS across the site and standard security response headers, but no website can be guaranteed secure. You remain responsible for the device and network you use, and for the accuracy of what you send through the enquiry form.
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics tag, tag manager or advertising pixel, so nothing here asks you to accept or reject tracking. What the enquiry form collects is validated, screened and forwarded to us by email through a transactional email provider; it is not written to a database, because there is no database behind this website. The cookie policy and the privacy policy set both of those out in full, and where anything on this page reads more loosely than they do, those documents are the accurate account.
Limits on our liability, and which document prevails
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from a third-party platform decision, or from this site being unavailable or out of date when you needed it.
This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where we have a contract with you, its liability provisions govern our engagement, and this page neither widens nor narrows them.
Order of precedence
- 01A service agreement or contract signed by you and by MNF Infotech.
- 02A written proposal, statement of work or invoice you have accepted, so far as a signed agreement does not contradict it.
- 03Our terms of service and the other policies published on this site.
- 04General descriptive content on marketing pages, including this page.
Written terms come first
If anything on this website appears to conflict with a proposal, statement of work or service agreement we have signed with you, the signed document applies. Marketing pages describe how we generally work; your agreement describes what we have undertaken to do for you, on what terms and for what fee.
This page, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
Questions about anything on this site
If a statement here is unclear, looks out of date, or seems to conflict with something we have told you directly, ask us. We would rather correct a page than have you act on it as written.
Email is our only published contact channel; we do not publish a telephone number. Write to us and we will reply in writing.
