Trademark independence
MNF Infotech is an independent business. This page explains our relationship to the platforms and technologies we work with, why their names appear on this site, and which claims we will never make about them.
We are not a partner, reseller, agent or certified agency of Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta or any other platform. Every third-party name on this site is used descriptively, to say accurately which technologies we build with and which platforms we operate in on a client's behalf.
Our position, stated plainly
MNF INFOTECH is an independent service provider. We are a proprietorship owned by Nancy Gopal Savaliya, registered under GSTIN 24HQXPB6184C1ZK with a principal place of business in Surat, Gujarat, India. We are engaged directly by our clients, we are paid by our clients, and we answer to our clients.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, accredited by or acting on behalf of any technology company, advertising platform, application store, cloud provider or open-source foundation named anywhere on this website. No platform has reviewed, approved or authorised this site, our services or our marketing.
- We do not hold ourselves out as any platform, as an arm of any platform, or as speaking for one.
- We do not use any platform's name, logo, colours or branding in a way designed to suggest we are that platform or work for it.
- We do not contact anyone claiming to represent a platform, and no platform has authorised us to do so.
- We do not resell platform advertising inventory, licences or subscriptions under a reseller programme, and we hold no reseller appointment from anyone.
- We do not describe ourselves as a partner, premier partner, certified agency or authorised representative of any company.
The one sentence that matters
If a document, an email, an advertisement or a person tells you that MNF Infotech is a partner of, is certified by, or is calling on behalf of Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta or any other platform, that statement is not ours and is not true. Write to contact@mnfinfotech.com and tell us, and we will look into it.
Why other companies' names appear on this site
We cannot describe our work honestly without naming the technologies it is built with and the platforms it runs on. If we build an Android application in Kotlin and ship it through Google Play, saying so is the accurate description; saying we build mobile software for a large application marketplace is evasion. The names appear because they are the correct names, and for no other reason.
- Descriptive, nominative use
- Referring to a product or platform by its real name in order to identify it accurately. It is the only practical way to explain which tools a service uses, and it asserts nothing about who owns or endorses the service doing the explaining.
- Affiliation
- A formal relationship between two businesses — ownership, agency, appointment or membership of a programme. We have no such relationship with any platform named on this site.
- Endorsement
- A platform recommending, approving or vouching for a provider. Naming a platform's product is not an endorsement by that platform, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
- Operating on your behalf
- Doing work inside an account that belongs to you, under access you grant and can withdraw. This is what we do in advertising, cloud and store consoles. It makes us your service provider, not the platform's representative.
The same logic applies in reverse. Where a platform is not named on this site, that absence carries no meaning either — it is not a statement that we cannot work with a tool, and not a comment on it.
Trademarks and their owners
All product names, logos, brands and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here is descriptive. It does not transfer any right to us, and we claim no right in them.
| Owner | Marks referenced descriptively |

| Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates | AWS, Amazon Web Services |

This table is a good-faith summary rather than an exhaustive register, and ownership of a mark can change hands. Several of the names above are open-source projects whose marks sit with a foundation or a sponsoring business rather than with the developers who contribute to them, which is why the owner column does not always read as you might expect. Where a name appears on this site that is not listed above, the same principle applies to it: it belongs to whoever owns it, and we are referring to it descriptively. If we have attributed a mark to the wrong owner, tell us and we will correct it.
Naming a measurement tool says nothing about this website
Some of the marks above belong to measurement and tagging products, and they appear on this site because setting them up inside accounts that belong to our clients is part of the work we describe. They are not running here. This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics tag, no tag manager and no advertising or remarketing pixel, so there is no consent banner and nothing on these pages for you to accept or refuse. Our cookie policy sets that out in full and is the page to check if you want the detail.
Claims we do not make
Several claims are common in our industry and are frequently made without any basis. To remove all doubt about which of them we make, here is the list of the ones we do not. None of the following appears in our proposals, our advertising, our reports or our correspondence, because none of it is true of us.
- Google Partner, Google Premier Partner, or membership of any Google partner programme.
- Google certified agency, Google certified professional, or any certified status conferred by Google on this business.
- Google Cloud partner, Google Cloud certified engineer or architect, or any Google Cloud programme membership.
- Authorised reseller, authorised sales agent, or authorised support provider for any platform.
- Apple partner, Apple certified developer status, or any App Store review outcome influenced by a relationship with Apple.
- Meta Business Partner, Meta certified media buyer, or any Meta partner programme membership.
- AWS Partner, AWS certified status, or any Amazon programme membership.
- Official partner, preferred vendor, verified agency or accredited provider of any company named on this site.
- Any ability to obtain approval, verification, reinstatement, ranking, placement or preferential treatment through a platform relationship.
Some of these statuses exist and are held legitimately by other businesses. That is not our objection. Our objection is to a business claiming one it does not hold, and our own position is simply that we hold none of them today.
Where individual credentials sit
Individual people can hold platform examinations or certifications in their own name, and those belong to the person, not to the business that engages them. We do not convert an individual credential into a business-wide partner claim, and we do not describe MNF Infotech as certified because someone associated with it passed a test.
What would have to change before any such claim appeared here
This page is written so it can be checked, which means it also has to be able to change if the facts change. If we ever hold a genuine platform credential, we will say so — and we will say it in a form you can verify rather than as a badge with nothing behind it.
- 01The credential must actually be granted to MNF INFOTECH by the platform that owns it, on terms we have read and can comply with.
- 02We would name it exactly as the platform names it, without upgrading a basic status into a premium-sounding one.
- 03We would state the date it was granted and, where the programme has one, the review or renewal date, so nobody is relying on something lapsed.
- 04We would point to whatever the platform publishes to confirm it — a directory listing, a certificate reference or an equivalent public record.
- 05We would keep the underlying limits on the page: a credential says something about a relationship, and never that a result is guaranteed.
- 06We would update this document, and the removal of the credential from this page is how you would know it had ended.
Until every one of those conditions is satisfied, this page continues to say what it says now. Absence of a claim here is deliberate and is itself the accurate statement.
Platform names in campaigns, invoices and reports
Our documents name platforms constantly, because that is where the work happens. A line on an invoice reading Google Ads management describes the venue of the service, not its author. The service is provided by MNF Infotech; Google Ads is the system we operated inside on your instruction.
- In a proposal, a platform name identifies the environment we propose to work in and the skills required to do it.
- In an invoice, a platform name identifies what the fee relates to. Our fee is for our service. Media spend billed to you by a platform is a separate charge from that platform, on its terms.
- In a report, a platform name identifies where the figures came from. Platform reporting belongs to the platform and we present it as we receive it.
- In a campaign or an account, our access exists because you granted it. It is your account, your billing relationship and your data, and you can revoke our access at any time.
Nothing in any of those documents makes us an agent, representative or spokesperson of the platform named in them, and nothing in them can bind a platform to anything. The rules of each platform apply to your account whatever we have written in ours.
Our own name and mark
MNF INFOTECH, the MNF Infotech name in prose, our logo and the mnfinfotech.com domain identify this business and the services we provide. They are ours, and we are the only ones entitled to use them to identify our work.
This page asserts no trade mark registration. There is no registered-mark symbol anywhere on this site and no registration number is claimed here; where we call the name ours, we mean the name this business trades under and is known by. That is a narrower claim than a registration, and we would rather state the narrow one accurately than dress it up.
Use we do not permit
- Using our name, mark or domain in a way that suggests a partnership, agency, endorsement or approval that does not exist.
- Presenting yourself as MNF Infotech, as an authorised representative of it, or as entitled to accept work, payments or account access on our behalf.
- Registering domains, social accounts, application listings or business profiles that imitate our name or are likely to be mistaken for us.
- Altering our logo or lockup, or combining it with another mark so that the two appear to be a joint offering.
- Using our name in advertising, directories or listings without our written agreement.
Use that is fine
Referring to us accurately needs no permission from us. A client saying their application was built by MNF Infotech, a journalist naming us in an article, or anyone linking to this website is welcome to do so. That is exactly the descriptive use we ask for in return when we name other people's products.
Raising a trademark concern with us
If you own a mark referenced on this site and believe we have used it incorrectly, attributed it to the wrong owner, or presented it in a way that implies a relationship we do not have, write to us by email. We would rather be told and fix it than leave something inaccurate in place.
- 01Send your message to contact@mnfinfotech.com with the mark and the owner you represent clearly identified.
- 02Include the page address and, where you can, the specific wording or image you are objecting to.
- 03Tell us what outcome you are asking for — removal, a change of wording, an added attribution or a clarification.
- 04Tell us how to reach you for a reply, and whether you are the owner or acting for the owner.
We act promptly on legitimate requests. Where a correction is straightforward we will normally simply make it, without arguing the point, because an accurate site serves us better than a contested one. Where we think a use is proper descriptive reference, we will say so and explain our reasoning rather than ignore you.
The same route applies in the other direction. If you find our name or mark used somewhere we have not authorised — a lookalike domain, a profile claiming to be us, or someone claiming to sell our services — tell us at the same address.
Scope of this page, and how to reach us
This page covers mnfinfotech.com and the documents we issue under the MNF Infotech name. It does not govern the products, applications or advertising accounts we build and operate for clients: those carry the client's own branding, sit under the client's own policies and are the client's responsibility.
We review this page when we change the technologies we describe, when a mark or owner listed here changes, and whenever a concern raised with us leads to a correction. The last updated date shown with this document is the date of the most recent change to it, and there is no earlier version of it in force.
